Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Exclusive worldwide license agreement and research collaboration with Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (Ortho-McNeil) to further develop 7TM Pharma’s program on novel oral compounds for the treatment of asthma and allergic diseases. The basis for the collaboration is 7TM Pharma’s drug discovery platform, Site-Directed Drug Discovery®, and one of its resulting programs targeting the discovery of antagonists to a certain 7TM receptor.
 

Synaptic / Lundbeck

7TM Pharma is granted access to Synaptic/Lundbeck’s proprietary Y4 receptor target and know-how, as well as the right to all therapeutic applications outside CNS disorders; Synaptic/Lundbeck has retained rights to all therapeutic applications of resulting drug discovery projects within CNS disorders against payments of milestones and royalties.
