Mette Kirstine Agger

Prior to co-founding 7TM Pharma, Mette Kirstine Agger was Director of Business Development, Licensing and Patents at NeuroSearch A/S and member of the management team, responsible for and actively completing all licensing and collaboration agreements for the company, including agreements with Pfizer, GlaxoWellcome, Biogen, Pharmacia & Upjohn, Abbott Laboratories, Shire.
Mette Kirstine Agger has been actively involved in and co-founded a number of new biotech companies and has over the years held various board positions, including chairman of Sophion Bioscience and COBIS, and board member of CMC, ChemoMetec, the Danish Bio-industry association, FBID, and member of the advisory board of Biocentrum, Danish Technical University (DTU). She is currently a board member of Harboes Bryggeri A/S, Klifo A/S, Symbion, and a member of the Competence Panel at the University of Copenhagen.
In April 2003 she became a member of the Danish Academy of Technical Sciences. Mette Kirstine Agger started her career as patent agent at the patent law firm Plougmann, Vingtoft & Partners with focus on biotech and holds a BSc and MSc degree from the University of Copenhagen and an MBA from Henley Management College.
